The Airport Fire ignited on September 9th in Orange County near Trabuco Canyon. It has grown to more than 23,000 acres and spread east into Riverside County, displacing thousands from their homes and businesses. Weather conditions have made it difficult to contain the fire, with an estimated 10,000 structures under threat and a number of homes and vehicles destroyed. At least eight firefighters and two residents have been injured in the blaze.

Orange County Fire Authority Deputy Chief TJ McGovern said the fire was started by an Orange County Public Works team working on fire prevention measures. The team was reportedly moving boulders in place to prevent motorcyclists and off-road vehicles from going into dry brush when a spark from their heavy equipment ignited flames.

Singleton Schreiber will continue to monitor the situation as more details emerge. Our fire attorneys intend to seek legal recourse where necessary to obtain fair and full compensation so that our clients can move forward with their lives.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and integrity of the Singleton law firm and with the outcome of our case. We have recommended them to friends who lost their homes and possessions in the Camp Fire

I am very impressed with Singleton Schreiber. We lost our home during the October 2017 Tubbs Fire in Santa Rosa. I met with Jerry Singleton and his staff a few days after the fire, and we immediately hired them to represent us. For the last four-plus years, they have guided us diligently through this very complex process. All their staff has been responsive, caring, and looking out for our best interests.

Lori

The Woolsey Fire was a life changing moment for me and my family, as it was for many of my friends. We were introduced to Singleton Law to help guide us through some of the financial madness. The law firm was very in touch with each of us independently. They were more than competent and very professional. We felt safe in their hands and feel great about the outcome they provided.
